Add price-trends: monthly median $/TB over time (consumer vs enterprise)

Browse source 
Computed monthly medians (Jul 2024 onward) plus a chart and a write-up
(the trend, method, buyer takeaway, and usage note). Aggregate only - no
underlying per-drive price observations.
