Move the interactive-article + nasdisks links into a bold callout above the
chart (were blending into the image / stuck at the very end). Reword the Files
line to column names so GitHub stops parsing the two $ signs as LaTeX math.

...
Move the price-trends pointer into the intro (was buried under the file table),
and add a nasdisks.com link at the top of price-trends/README.md so a direct
visitor to that folder finds the site too.

Computed monthly medians (Jul 2024 onward) plus a chart. Aggregate only - no
underlying per-drive price observations. Method and interactive version noted
in price-trends/README.md.

v1.0.4 - refresh Backblaze failure rates (Q2 2026) + catalog update

Recomputed from Backblaze's raw Q2 2026 Drive Stats (the tidy report isn't out
yet): AFR now spans full-year 2025 + Q1 + Q2 2026, ~1.41% fleet (was ~1.34%
through Q1). Dated snapshot 2026-09-04.
Catalog: 273 drives (167 HDD + 106 SSD), 25 with a Backblaze failure rate.
- Added recent SSDs: Crucial P510 + Corsair MP700 Elite (budget PCIe 5.0),
Synology SNV3410/SNV3510 (NAS-cache NVMe, SNV3510 has PLP).
- Sub-TB drive capacities are now reported correctly (400/500/800GB were 0 TB).
- NAS enclosures dropped from the export (not drives).
